Cabrinha Spectrum KiteBoard – 140 x 43cm

The Spectrum is the new board model introduced by Cabrinha for the 2012 season. It is a very special board, meant to suit a wide variety of conditions and skill levels. It suits both beginner and advanced riders and it is a great companion for the rider looking to progress from a beginner level to an advanced one.

Cabrinha Spectrum Features

The wider outlines and the slightly squared tip profile make it fast and snappy, and allow the rider to enjoy a smooth glide. A great thing about the Cabrinha Spectrum kiteboard is that it is very reliable in all wind and wave conditions. The board uses a moderate flex pattern, especially suited for freeride and freestyle. The flex pattern works together with the rider and helps him perform any maneuver and feel comfortable. The board has a controlled power delivery and it generates the extra pop exactly when needed. At the same time the new bottom design and rocker line keep it steady and provide excellent control. The rider can enjoy a smooth cruise or perform spectacular tricks without effort.

The Cabrinha Spectrum is equipped with 45 mm fins, intended to optimise the power delivery and increase the grip. The board offers fast and tight turns, a nice top speed, good acceleration and excellent upwind performance and it is stable and forgiving at the same time. It has no spray and no drag as it cuts through the waves. Also a great lightwind board as it is early planning and very efficient.

Construction

The board is crafted using a vertically laminated Paulownia Wood core and ABS sidewalls. This construction generates a moderate flex patter suited for freeride and freestyle as well as for all skill levels. At the same time this structure provides an optimal strength to weight ratio. The Cabrinha Spectrum covers all your riding needs from a beginner level to an advanced one.
