There are 3 types of Stand Up Paddle Board Paddle:

1 piece full, solid shaft: These are usually in carbon or glass fibre constructions and can be cut to size to fit the user. Great for high performance paddling in waves or flat water racing.

2 piece adjustable: These are good as they have a solid shaft for response and efficiency. However the end can be extended or retracted to fit almost every height of user

3 Piece adjustable: The perfect option for an inflatable sup where performance isn’t the issue but ease of transport and storage is. These fit in the bag with the board and pump making them ideal for travelling.
