Mystic Star Mens 5/3 Front Zip Wetsuit 2023
The Mystic Star 5/3 frontzip wetsuit ensures an easy entry and maximum freedom of movement. This year the Star is engineered with GBS, Glued Blind Stitched seams. To fortify these seams even better the Star suit is dot-taped on the critical junctions.
In comparison to previous collections, this suit has been spiced up with Fox Fleece lining on the chest, legs and back for a warmer core. The kneepads are made of a 4-way stretch Hex-tech material; this is a durable fabric especially designed for protection. And to prevent water from coming in through the seams on critical points, the wetsuits are enriched with junction taping inside. All you need for a great price!

M-Flex (100%)
M-Flex is a very good flexible neoprene. It stands for high quality neoprene with an awesome stretch ratio.
Fox Fleece chest, legs & back
A soft interior lining that reflects body heat and makes sure you will stay warm longer.
WETSUIT FEATURES
GBS (Glued Blind Stitched)
Stitching method whereby the panels are first glued together and then only stitched halfway through the fabric instead of fully perforating it, which makes the seams waterproof.
Junction taping inside
A neoprene taping is positioned on the critical seams of the wetsuit. This prevents water from coming through the seams on critical points of the human body.
Glideskin neck construction
The reduced thickness of the neck construction makes it easier for the neoprene to follow the curves of the neck with less pressure. The neoprene feels like a second skin, while the glideskin inner lining enables an excellent water closure.
Aquabarrier
Silicone printing which forms a barrier, preventing water from entering your wetsuit.
4-way stretch kneepads
The kneepads are made of a 4way Super-tex fabric. This is a durable fabric especially designed for protection.
Velcro ankle closure straps (Additional extra HERE)
Velcro ankle straps to tighten the leg cuffs.
Double Front-Zip
With a zipper on the chest, the wetsuit fully opens from the top. The overlapping panels allow an easy entry, without compromising on water closure. Compared with a B-ZIP, F-ZIP wetsuits have more stretch in the back panel.
Marshall Boot 5mm
The Mystic Marshall wetsuit boot is the successor to the Mystic Lightning 5mm boot with some fantastic improvements which have made them even warmer and more comfortable, keeping your feet cozy through the colder months.
GBS seams with liquid seals keep them watertight as well as giving the seams more longevity.
The Mystic Marshall boots are lined with Fox Fleece which adds both insulation as well as a soft, snug feeling inside.

The Mystic MK8 helmet comes in 5 sizes, XS, S, M, L and XL with an adjustable headstrap and also a pack of different foam pads so you can adjust if for the perfect fit. Please note that the small and medium use the same sized shell, the large and extra large share the larger size, and the extra small has its own smaller shell. They all come with different linings, so if you’re between a size, it doesn’t matter too much as each helmet comes with both the thicker and thinner linings so you can get the perfect fit!
At The Kitesurf Centre, we believe that every kitesurfer should wear a helmet. No matter what ability you are, what style of riding you’re doing – you should wear a helmet. The misconception that it’s only students or people doing freestyle is dangerous. Wearing a helmet could save your life.
We stock this and other helmets all year round at our centre, so feel free to pop in and try one on!
If you wish to rent equipment from our centre, you will be required to rent a helmet or to purchase one of your own to wear.
Mystic Block Impact Vest Mens
The 2020 Mystic Block Impact Vest with Front-zip is very flexible, easy entry, and light weight giving you the protection during crashes but without sacrificing your manoeuvrability. It has thicker padding than the Star vest offering increased protection and buoyancy.

O’Neill Epic SL 3mm Wetsuit Gloves
These O’Neill Epic SL wetsuit gloves are great for kitesurfing – as they are thin and stretchy with glued and blind stitched sealed seams so they are warm too.
Single lined (SL) windproof neoprene on the back of the hand keep the chill away and sticky polygrip palm allows you to hold onto your board or bar easily.
Flexible, comfortable and warm, the O’neill Epic SL 3mm Gloves are great gloves for a great price.
Ideal for kitesurfing, windsurfing, surfing or any watersport when you need to wear gloves but you still want to be able to feel something through the neoprene.

Glued & Blind-stitched Seam Construction
The blindstitch seam is aptly named because the stitching only goes part way through the neoprene. The O’neill Epic SL glove is blindstitched, it is also glued so there is no leakage through the seams. Glued and blind stitched construction provides a waterproof seam. A blindstitched seam is also taped in all areas of excessive stress. O’Neill’s exclusive blindstitch is the Flexloc Stitch which is stronger and more flexible than the traditional blindstitch and eliminates unraveling of the seam. O’Neill’s proven GBS-glued and blindstichted seam Is double-stitched partially through the surface and triple glued to create a watertight seam. If the thread breaks, the seam will not leak.
Size guide
1. Measure your hand with a measuring tape around your palm at the widest part (excluding your thumb)
2. Measure from the tip of your middle finger to the base of the hand
3. Use the largest of these two measurements for the correct sized glove
